This summary covers the data this website collects.
Enquiries
When you contact us, we collect your name, company, email, phone, company size and message. We use them only to reply and to discuss our services with you.
HR experts and trainers
When you register, we collect your profile details, photo, CV, LinkedIn URL, CTC, CTC proof, email and phone. Your profile, photo and day rate are shown in the directory after approval. Your CTC, CTC proof, email and phone are never shown publicly; only GrowproHR reviewers see them. CTC proof is used only to set a fair minimum day rate.
Client employee data
For clients, employee data is processed in the HR system we use (Hitosys), including automated payroll and compliance checks. We tell each client which tools process their employees' data and where it is stored.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at connect@growprohr.com. We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
