What a consultant would charge you
Most recruitment consultants charge at least 8.33% of each hire's annual CTC. Here is what that adds up to for a full mandate.

Consultant fees calculated at 8.33% of annual CTC at the bottom and top of each slab, plus 18% GST. Our fee is one flat amount for the whole mandate, plus GST.
